So yesterday I visited one of my good colleague Nils between some classes. He invited me over for a lunch. I had no idea what he wanted to make, but hoped for some egg’s or something easy – in other words a typical breakfast for students. For the first plate he made salmontartare with some kind of bread, garnishing and stuff. And the second plate was duck, red wine sauce, baked veggies and parsnip pure, oh wow. And everything was homecooked! After the lunch I went back to school, got home and stared cleaning the apartment.
